Company Overview: UrbanSparks Digital Institute is a leading company in the IT Sector, We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase customer retention.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of products/services.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals effectively.
  • Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and provide after-sales support as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
