Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase customer retention.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of products/services.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals effectively.
- Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide after-sales support as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
