Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential students and professionals.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and text to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Explain course details, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
  • Meet monthly enrollment targets.
  • Answer questions and resolve inquiries from prospective students.
  • Maintain positive relationships with leads and existing students.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead status.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or sales.
  • Experience in education sales is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
